We are looking someone with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Management or a similar field
• Have at least 3+ years of experience as executive in Education or Learning Center or IT Consultant
• Think analytically, work in a structured manner and can quickly comprehend new topics and interrelation
• Possess exemplary technical business writing and communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia (other languages are a bonus!)

The work you’ll do:

• Managing Training Team
• Creating training schedule
• Reporting to the management
• Developing training system including e-learning
• Developing training materials (videos, presentations, etc.)
