About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Story Writer Freelancer to produce high quality content, to drive brand awareness, build brand reputation through high-quality, unique blog content in different types and formats to attract young professional readership in the global market.

We are looking someone with:

• Have experience in writing content in IT Industry or Data / AI (is an advantage)
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly content writing
• Good command of Indonesian and English communications
• Portfolio of published articles or writing portfolio: we need to see how serious you are in writing and telling stories

The work you’ll do:

• Translate customer satisfaction into a customer story that attracts potential customer
• Produce well-researched content for online and print publication
• Take advantage of industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content
