About The Role

At Cybertrend, our Delivery Department plays a vital role in transforming ideas into impactful solutions for our clients. As a Product Designer & Insight Analyst, you will be part of our core team, responsible for designing intuitive and user-centric products while leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are not only visually compelling but also grounded in data-driven understanding of user behavior and business needs.

You will contribute throughout the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and research, to design and analysis, to delivery—ensuring every product and feature we build is both functional and meaningful for our users.

We are looking someone with:

A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Informatics, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related field.
Understands the fundamental concepts of Data Analytics development.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user journey mapping, design systems, and responsive design.
Skilled in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SQL, Mixpanel, and manual feedback data.
Capable of creating informative and visually engaging data visualizations (dashboards, charts, tables).

The work you’ll do:

Product Design (UI/UX)
− Designing layouts, UI components, interaction flows, and user journeys.
− Developing interactive prototypes using Figma.
User Research & Testing
− Conducting interviews with early users (both internal and external).
− Creating user personas, mapping pain points, and performing basic usability testing.
Insight Analyst
− Analyzing user behavior using data from GA4, SQL, Mixpanel, and manual feedback.
− Providing UX improvement recommendations based on analytical findings.
Data Visualization & Dashboard Design
− Designing data visualization components such as charts, tables, and metric panels.
− Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure visual implementation aligns with the design.
Documentation & Presentation
− Preparing design rationales and presenting design work to internal stakeholders.
− Developing a UI/component library to enhance design efficiency and consistency.
