About the Role
As IT SUPPORT, you will maintain IT Support activity so that it can run well according to the SLA or KPI in supporting the company’s revenue goals.
We are looking someone with:
A Diploma's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, computer engineering or a similar field
At least 1 years of experience as a IT Operation / IT Support / IT Help Desk
Experience using HR Information Systems
Experience installing & troubleshooting for software or hardware computer / application / internet connection
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
High-level written and verbal communication skills
The work you’ll do:
Maintain and upgrade hardware and network infrastructure.
End-user Support day-to-day operations through efficient troubleshooting
Engage fully and directly, present features and improvements frequently and iteratively with the team. You will own getting your roadmaps out the door, and making sure that your products
Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
Support the deployment of new technological solutions
Backup & Restore Data and security system
Document system processes and procedures
